The rates are intended per week per apartment in Euro, inclusive of VAT. The local tax is not included.

Prices vary depending on the number of people in the occupancy of each apartment and depending on the period of stay.

General information:

• Dogs allowed. Daily rate 25 Euro per dog.
• Check-in: from 15.00 to 20.00
  Check-out: within 9.00 o'clock

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:

Bookings may be cancelled up to 40 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.

Cancellations made by guests on or after the 40 day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellations made up to 15 days before set arrival date: 2/3 of agreed total price.
• Cancellations made after 15 days before set arrival date: 100 % of agreed total price.

In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
